Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused handholds in their original boxes, ensuring sufficient padding is used to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned holds for wear and tear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
